If the product is not working properly, we recommend you to please call/whatsapp/sms on our official no 0312-3141111 and register your complaint. Our Technical team will call you back, enquire about complaint, brief/guide about complete operational procedure. Most probably, it will start working because we send all products after testing.
In case, if the product is faulty, we request to please repack it in original box with all accessories, share its pictures on whatsapp with us. We will send brand new product to you free of cost, and the rider who deliver new product, will collect faulty product from you. You don't need to face any hassle while shopping from us. Clicknget.pk will bear all shipping costs.
If you don't like the product or dissatisfied with product, and want to replace it with other one, NO PROBLEM. We will happily replace the product. All you need to do is notify us through sms/whatsapp/call on 0312-3141111. Repackage the product including all its accessories.
Our rider will come to your given address, collect the product and deliver to us. Our quality customer team will check the product and packaging. Then we will send you new product.
If the new product price is same as previous one, we will charge only one way shipping charge. i.e 250/= Rs.
If the price of new product is lesser than previous product price we will refund balance amount through Bank transfer/easy paisa as per customer convenience.
If the new product price is high, you will pay it with shipping charges(i.e Rs. 250+price difference) on receiving new product.
If you want to take refund, NO PROBLEM. Just Let us know through our customer service 0312-3141111. Our rider will take it from you within 02 days. As we receive the product, our quality assurance team will check and evaluate the condition of product and packaging. On approval, we will transfer your money through easy aisa or online bank transfer(Preferably standard chartered Bank . Please note that we will deduct Rs. 500/= only for shipping charges for both ways. Remaining amount will be 100% refunded back to you.
